"Kind and thoughtful care for my hip replacement"

About: Ayrshire Central Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I was admitted for hip replacement. I was very anxious on arrival but was put at ease by Mr Holt the registrar, who was extremely kind.

I was taken good care of in the ward. Nothing was too much trouble. The ward was very clean and the meals were acceptable.

The staff were so kind and thoughtful even to the point of getting me a warm blanket before surgery. Thankyou so much.
