"Grateful to be in capable hands"

After breaking one of my arms and a thigh bone and coming out of my operation to recover here, I am very content with my time on this ward. The staff are all so kind, from the cleaners to the surgeons I can't fault an experience with any of them, I feel so grateful to be in such capable hands. The skill and knowledge of the medical and nursing teams is admirable and I am reassured that the treatment I am now receiving in my recovery is the best I will get. The staff have such an upbeat attitude towards their job, and their ability to work within team to provide the best care for patients is outstanding. I feel like I get more than enough pain relief as I am comfortable and content pain wise. Any time I call for any help no matter what the issue, staff are willing to help, I feel listened to and understood by the nursing team which has been very beneficial in my recovery.
