I recently attended the RUH for a innovative Cytosponge test which is designed to examine the gullet for possible damage. The nurse who carried out the procedure was a credit to the NHS. With exemplary expertise and empathy she made an uncomfortable experience bearable. Another Gold Star for the RUH.
