"Serious miss placement of staff"

I went to the emergency department because I needed to be seen to as soon as possible because I have injured my back after spending an hour in the wrong hospital I was directed here. When I arrived it said there would be a 4 hour waiting period which I thought would be fine I was examined in the first half an hour however after that I was left in the second waiting room for over six hours I cried multiple times from the pain and exhaustion I was feeling from the physical pain and I kept being told it would be another few hours. It reached a point I was causing myself more pain sat in the waiting room than I felt comfortable with and I had to leave. Not once did I see a doctor and I watched as over an hour went by and not one person in the waiting room was called up! Where is the doctors and I understand that it was busy but I think there should at least be one or two doctors that can look someone over faster than over an hour. The standard of care is very low all they do is take your vitals and give painkillers I could have done that at home. I will have to visit another hospital to actually get looked at later this week.
