Dear ronr21,

My name is Máire and I am the Patient and Client Experience Facilitator in the Belfast Trust.

I want to take a moment to apologise for your expectations around your appointments not being met. I can hear how frustrating this is for you. You mentioned that you have had other appointments cancelled as well, which I'm sure compounds those feelings.

I would like to ensure that your comments are directed to the right area, to help us ensure that we are able to learn about how this service can be improved. We strive to be better and even in these challenging times, I would like to be able to hear your experience and hope that the service would learn from it.
