About: General Practices in Grampian

(as a service user),

Got some bloods done at my GP. The lass who did it was very professional and kind and efficient, i was in and out within minutes. 

My only concern is she didn't clean my skin with an alcohol wipe before putting the needle in, and as a nurse who does venepuncture/cannulation I know how important it is to make sure it's a clean process, that my results or myself wont be contaminated. This made me feel a little uneasy.
