(as a service user),

On 23rd June 2021 I was admitted as inpatient to the Covid Ward At Pilgrim Hospital. My stay on this ward was exemplary - the staff were all so professional and caring and the level of support I received was consistently excellent. From the housekeeping staff through to health care support 

workers,nurses,, managers, doctors, consultants and specialists everyone played a part. 
I was made to feel at ease - informed of everything - medication was explained and even given that extra time when I felt I might go stir crazy due to isolation. I could never truly verbalise how very grateful I am for their excellent and consistent support and am in awe of the role they played in my care and recovery.
