"Gynaecology Appointment"

Today I was treated as an outpatient for a small procedure. Throughout the whole process I was supported from entering the ward to leaving the service was second to none. I was asked about why I thought I was there and included medical history - the treatment was explained thoroughly and I was treated with respect and sensitivity being offered the option to stop if needed. The whole process was exemplary. Staff were accommodating-friendly and professional and guided me through whole procedure allowing me the time and space needed to feel comfortable.
