"ABC pip/Barnardo's tree babies"

I was offered this amazing little class by a group called ABC pip/Barnardo's who are amazing at helping families in all sorts of ways. ABC PIP came to my home after having my baby (surprise baby haha). They really have helped me immensely and my little lady, I have had support and gained friends through them. I attended tree babies offered to me through them and honestly I was so so thankful especially as motherhood can sometimes be very daunting, lonely and the same day comes every 24 hours. This have me the motivation each week to try my best to get up and out for my baby but also myself. It was actually so much fun and some of the things I learned from being out in nature I never knew.

The other mummy's were fabulous to be around and their babies for my little one to see and just she was totally amazed there were more like her, she was so happy. It's amazing how tree bathing can totally transform your day and even just the social aspect of it. Yesterday was the last session and yesterday was my best day of the week for us. This service has been utterly amazing, ABC pip are a vital service that have put a smile on my face and give me so much to look forward to and aim for.

I recommend this so much I would determine this is a vital service for mental and physical well-being due to the boost in mood and sociability that contributes to physical well-being. For babies this is a must, we need these little ones to grow and learn in positive ways so to contribute not just to their own futures positively but society as a whole. Thank you guys, you are amazing and Im so glad to have met such positive people willing to share their time and effort to my life in order to impact me and my baby in the best ways possible. I loved it and would do it rain, hail or snow if I could too not just when it's sunshine and warm.
