I was admitted to RVH. I had a toe (4th toe left foot) amputated (type 2 diabetes). I was treated with civility, humour, kindness and professionalism in the hospital. After discharge I received care home visits by the nursing staff of Belfast health trust. Once again the experience was/is superb. I also attend podiatry (carlisle centre) and one again the service was/is exemplary. I have to admit that if it wasn't for the expertise of the above mentioned organisations my recovery would not have been as good as it is. I never experienced any unpleasantness. I was made to feel important and the only person needing their attention at that time. Nothing but praise.
Thankyou.
"The service is exemplary"
