Phones are always engaged,making it impossible to contact anyone even for admin issues,never mind booking an appointment! E-consult provides a poor contact with the professionals, allowing misinterpretation and lack of engagement. Doctors are able to respond with a bare minimum of care causing patients to suffer with undiagnosed issues.
I have been suffering with undiagnosed abobinal pain since2019 and I have just been informed in a sms to come back only if my symptoms change! Absolutely disgusting service!
