"10/10 service and care"

I was admitted at the beginning of August 2021 for Day Surgery at Queen Margaret Hospital. I was very nervous about my procedure but as soon as I met the staff I felt at ease, from the anaesthetic team, theatre nurses, my consultant, Dr Devi, ward clarkess, and nursing staff. Everyone was fantastic. I ended up having to stay over night which I was not expecting and was more unwell than I thought I would be. Special mention to Sam, Hayley and Ally who looked after me so well and put me at ease. Real life angels. Thank you so much to Nola and the amazing team at QMH, 10/10 service and care.
