(as a service user),

I was contacted by nurse who was allocating appointments to those on waiting list for Merina coil insertion, at the end of July.

I no longer needed coil and when I asked if there was menopause clinic, she said there wasn’t but went to ask one of the GPs within the service that day for some advice when I told her my symptoms. 

I am an NHS nurse of 30yrs and was so delighted that most of us would still go above and beyond to help our patients… Unfortunately I didn't get the nurse's name, but thank you for caring and you made me smile!

Great attitude, great service from someone who was pleasant and who cared!
