(as a friend),

I was connected with my friend a little after 7. 00pm at Daisyhill Hospital and we were able to talk and I was able to reassure her that she was in the best place for her recovery I feel that the service provided by Southern Health & Social Trust is amazing and being able to see each other made both of us feel so much better, it is an invaluable service and it should be continued indefinitely for the well being of all the patients and family members and friends, who can benefit from talking and seeing their loved ones. Truly amazing service - thank you to all those involved and well done, keep up this incredible service.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the new Virtual Visiting Service in Southern Health and Social Services Trust. We recognise how difficult it is for families at the minute due to Covid 19. This new service has been established to try to support families and patients during this time and your story just lets us see how the important the service is to you and your friend.

It is wonderful to read your comments "truly amazing service ... keep up this incredible service". I have personally shared your lovely story with all the members of the Virtual Visiting Team. They are just delighted with this feedback.
