I have been a patient at this practice for the past 20 years. The reception staff have always been so helpful. The new staff are rude and arrogant. They claim they can't hear you on the phone.
It is annoying when one has called 3/4 times and has to wait for at least 20 to 30 mins for someone to answer a call.
One could die waiting to speak to a Doctor.
Several times I have called asking to speak with a Doc and have been put through to a nurse.
I am happy with my Doc and would like to continue seeing my Doctor.
Another thing the phone system being used is totally useless when one got to hold on for 20 to 40 mins. It's ridiculous really.
Please we the community ask for a better solution to all this to make it better for our local system.
Customer service needs improvement.
Honestly how can a Receptionist tell someone they lying. Really. How rude is that.
I have been trying to make an appointment but wanted to speak to a Doctor first. I have made 3 attempts on 3 convective days.
