"Cannot fault the service"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

Had to attend A+E at ayr hospital after my finger swelled up and needed my wedding rings cut off. I am 8 months pregnant and it was the middle of the night! Cannot fault the service, seen promptly and all in all in and out in 20 minutes. The nurse that saw me (maybe Michelle?) was amazing, knew her stuff and instantly put me at ease and had the rings off pretty much painless in 5 minutes! Makes us lucky to have the NHS: )
