I am currently in 3 south and the staff are all friendly especially a doctor named Ashley from the emergency department on my admission. I am a full time carer for my husband with parkinsons therefore I felt very anxious leaving him at home to stay in hospital, but the staff have been here for me and reassuring me which has helped so much. My only fault is that each time the food comes the staff never push the table in and you have to go and get it. I am just about able to stand with my hip but some other patients may not be so lucky or realise the food is even there until it is cold or staff might thing they just didnt eat it. Maybe informing catering or HCA staff of this would be beneficial.
