"My move from A&E to 2 South"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was in A& E on Sunday night until yesterday evening as I was awaiting a bed to become free on one of the wards. I didn't have the best experience as I am Claustrophobic and was in a room where there wasn't a window so I didn't feel the best. I was so grateful and happy to be moved up here to 2 South and be in a bay with lots of windows beside me and much more space. I am doing much better now. The staff here on 2 South are all so lovely and very helpful. They always explain everything well to you. The food is great and the ward as well is very clean.
