I was visiting Grampian area over the weekend and on my way from the hotel to McDonald's I've noticed a woman on he verge. Unaware of the male in the car on the call to NHS24 already I phoned for an Emergency Ambulance as she clearly required medical attention. As I wasn't familiar with an area at all (visiting from Lothian) said male explained to Ambulance Service our exact location.
I'd like to praise an out of duty Ambulance Paramedic who was passing by, stopped his car and assisted unwell female until Ambulance arrival. He acted in very professional manner, took basic observations and made sure she was comfortable. It good to see such caring attitude and approach. Thank you!
