"Very sympathetic and helpful in a time of need"

On 16/07/21 at around 11:30pm my mum was experiencing extreme pain in her back and was unable to move. We tried everything and didn't know what to do. The paramedics arrived on the scene very quickly and went through their entire procedure very quickly and efficiently. They were very professional, alongside being very sympathetic and continuously tried to help my mum at home, providing her moral support along the way. They then took her to the hospital in the early am, making sure she was well looked after throughout. My mum will always be grateful and never forget their kindness in her time of weakness.
