About: Foyle Arena

(as a relative),

My wife had hearing difficulties and lip reads    I would sign for her. At the centre the staff were very obliging and when she was going to get her vaccination the nurse spoke very clearly  to me and    referred to her  name    a couple of times which was very reassuring

encourage people to share their experiences of health and social care, what matters to you, what you particularly liked or disliked so that we can share with the relevant department, and staff .

Hello sculptorqg57

Thank you for your feedback. This was shared with the vaccination team in Foyle Arena who were very appreciative and have asked me to convey their gratitude and also to apologise for the delay in response.

Best wishes

Vi Gray
