"Getting an appointment"

Calling manchester Road Surgery trying to get a doctors appointment of any kind or telephone call back apparently nothing available fo over 2 weeks . Cant hear out my ear and receptionists say best to wait in AnE for around 7 hrs . after which a GP appontment will still need to be made for the GP to do the referral to the Ear clinic .

So if the Surgery has no telephone or emergency apointments for 2 weeks or more then leave a voice message on answer machine and may as well shut up shop.
