We recently had our beautiful boy via elective c-section due to having a traumatic emergency with my previous child.

Everything from the friendliness of the staff to the care we received was beyond words amazing. I have never felt so cared for or supported in my whole life. It was like a dream and the best experience me and my husband could have asked for. The whole process was very well explained and I felt very empowered to have the best experience possible. Everything in my birth plan was followed to the T and the whole experience was just magical.

Congratulations on the birth of your son and thank you for providing such lovely feedback.

I am delighted you felt the staff were friendly and provided you with a really positive experience this time. It is very traumatic when your experience isn't what you had hoped for previously which can have a really negative effect on you.

I am pleased the staff were able to follow your birth plan which made this more personal for you. I will ensure your lovely feedback is shared with our staff.

I hope you are recovering well from your caesarean section.
