Anything else?
I had to stay overnight in the Dhalia Ward in December 2012. I was a little apprehensive as the reviews for the hospital were not encouraging. However, personally I found the doctors and nursing staff very nice, competent and caring. The ward was very clean and I saw people (doctors and nurses etc) using the bacterial wash whilst they were in the ward. I was very pleased with my experience at the King Georges Hospital in Ilford.

It gives staff a real boost to hear positive feedback from patients, and it helps us remember how important it is to patients to take simple steps like making sure patients can see us using washing our hands and keeping standards high.
