Every receptionist i’ve spoken to has been extremely rude and when i asked to speak to their manager as i felt they weren’t taking my queries seriously, she was even ruder to me!

It is dis-heartening to receive this review. The Practice would encourage this patient to get in touch with our Patient Feedback Manager who would welcome the opportunity to follow up the comments you have made. We do have call recording in place which will us to investigate your complaint.

Please be assured, if the Practice has made an error an apology will be made, and any learning points identified will be shared with the Practice team.

Anonymous complaints will not normally be investigated as there is always a possibility that they are vexatious or malicious and the anonymity of the complainant does not enable the principles of natural justice and procedural fairness including consent and confidentiality to be upheld. Notwithstanding the fact the anonymous complaint cannot be the subject of a formal investigation unless there is supporting evidence.
