It pains me very much to write this review having experienced the care and compassion over many years. My wife 80+ is neither senile or incontinent although as had problems due to physical disability, spoke to her on phone at noon today very upset was woken at 7 : 30 and although frequently asking for assistance as been left in a wet and soaking pad and bed since
