From admission on Tuesday via ED, having two GAs within 72 Hours to discharge my experience was fantastic! From being admitted to ED with CRP levels of 300+ the Senior House Officer Lucky never left my side making sure I was ok and not scared.
I was really anxious about going into sugery and having an awake intubation, but was made to feel at ease by the lovely girl team that did my first surgery!
I was always seen by my consultant and the OaMF morning rounds before 8am every day while there! Was looked after so incredibly well by the team on 2B (massive thank you to Chelsea) who took such good care of me and made me feel at ease from day 1! Honestly so incredibly thankful to have been seen so quickly and have surgery within less than 3 hours of arriving in ED!
No words can describe my gratitude for everyone and everything that they did! Especially during covid and with how busy everything has been!
