Having had a call from my 85 year old mother about how badly she had been biten (too many to count hands swollen forerms elbows neck face and blistered on her legs ) by insects we went straight to the chemist who told us to go straight to the GP. We did. Didnt even open the door to look. Told through the incom to go online and book. Didnt even show their face. Disgrace. And they want pay rise. Shocking.
