(as a service user),

I went into Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy Fife for a surgical procedure by ENT lead by David and his Team. I have a needle phobia and am very anxious with regard to this. David’s team, The Day Intervention Team nurses, anaesthetist (who gave me a coping strategy, even though I didn’t think so at the time)   and Ward 44 nurses gave me excellent care and understanding. All in all an unpleasant experience turned into a much more pleasant experience than I anticipated. Thank you all
