"Appalling service"

I've had enough of the terrible service at East Bank Medical Centre. They never have appointments available, you can't get through on phone, most times theres only 1 doctor working in this large practice, reception staff are now doing triage and decide whether tou can see a doctor or not. We have been with this surgery for over 30 years and have decided to go elsewhere as I dread to think what would happen if I ever had a serious illness and had to rely on them.
