Having had the opportunity to be treated in Urology today,

I feel compelled to share my experience.

The nurse who treated me following referral

was in my

opinion a star!

It would not be an exaggeration to say that

they treated me with the most excellent care,

kind consideration and compassion in what

was a difficult situation for me.

The encounter re-affirmed my belief that

the best possible care is still available in

the NHS, and that Bolton NHS Trust still

have some of the best staff.

Everyone hears a lot about those times when things don't go right in the NHS, but less often when things go well. So it is really lovely for all our staff to know that people still have faith in them and in the NHS. Thank you very much for sharing your views with others through this website. I'm sure people will find this very reassuring.
