(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My stay has been fine so far but it is too warm. All the staff are really good, I have no issues with them. They communicate with me well. The delivery suite was fine apart from the long wait to get started. The bed is comfy enough.

Thank you for your lovely comments about our staff, this is certainly encouraging to the team.

I am sorry for the delay on your induction, but safety has to be our priory which on occasions necessitates a delay.
