About: Crosshouse Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

I had a hysterectomy in December 2020 and just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff in the Gynaecology Ward, Crosshouse Hospital from the Domestics, Nursing Assistants, Staff Nurses, Senior Charge Nurse to my two wonderful consultants Dr Buck and Dr Konamme. 

The run up to the operation had not been easy and I was anxious regarding the surgery, however I was made to feel re-assured at all times with their professionalism and team work especially at the height of a pandemic.

I will be forever grateful to them all and my life has been enhanced enormously from this procedure.
