"Reassurance and compassion"

I submitted an econsult late one evening and revived a phonecall early the next morning from a fantastic doctor called Ruth. She listened to all of my concerns regarding fertility difficulties/concerns and PCOS type symptoms.   Ruth handled this sensitive topic in a really kind, compassionate and reassuring manner. We discussed my family history including cancer diagnoses, abnormal cell screening etc. She was incredibly reassuring while also being extremely informative without being overwhelming. I received a text letting me know where to get my blood tests done while on the phone which was great. Within 48 hours of submitting my econsult, I’ve had a phone consultation and blood test with results available early next week. Really reassuring process. Thank you once again: )
