My son had been referred for vascular tests and he asked me to phone and check where he was on the waiting list. Diane, Mr Wallace’s secretary was incredibly helpful, warm and efficient. She let me know that she would do and that she would check on progress and call me back. Within 24 hours she had retrieved the information, spoken to the consultant and put steps in place for my son to be reviewed. She called me back, as she said she would to let me know what was happening.
