"Amersham physio outpatients"

About: Amersham Hospital

(as a service user),

I called Amersham outpatients to ask about my daughters referral this week, I wanted to know about waiting times to decide if I should opt for private physio.

I found them to be chaotic, unprepared to help my query and quite rude. I didn’t get an answer and they said they were very busy to say how long it would be. 
I feel dissatisfied with their service and not sure if I’ll take the appt when it arrives. I would like The staff in this department to be advised about how they speak to patients over the phone as it was negative and totally unprofessional.
