(as the patient),

I was very apprehensive about my appointment today. The assisting nurse quickly got me chatting away and was wonderful in keeping me occupied and distracted while the Consultant was doing what she needed to do. I left feeling well informed about what may happen next and grateful for their empathetic care. Also grateful to have this facility in the town where I live.
