"Rude behaviour and unhelpful"

I attended my practice for an injection. I was told to just sit down when I attempted to close the clinic door, which was currently wedged open. There were no introductions in view that I had never met this member of staff before. I asked for clarity over my treatment, and despite looking at my clinical notes they were unable to provide an answer and I felt fobbed off. I asked the staff member to write my next appointment date down for me on a piece of paper to remind me, which they acted unhappy about, Upon leaving the consultation I noticed that there was a person sitting outside the room who has due to the door being open had overheard the whole consultation, so much for patient confidentiality.
