Phoned Dalriada urgent care regarding our toddler who was unwell. Pauline couldn't have made me feel more at ease and been more kind. She didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time, was so reassuring and gave me so much invaluable advice. I was so glad I had phoned and it just really put my mind at ease. Thank you
