"Telephone appointments"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Maxillo-Facial surgery Pilgrim Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I'm only getting telephone appointments and for the past 3 years I've been told the same thing without someone actually looking at my problem face to face, for my problem a telephone appointment does not help my situation at all and now having to wait another 3 months for just another telephone appointment seems pointless to me when I want to be looked at face to face as my pain is ongoing and I feel like no one is understanding that. I was supposed to get a referral but still after 6 months I had to chase them up to only get a phone call back. I’m in pain and even when I say it’s constant everyone seems to discard it as if it’s not actually that big of a deal when it is as it’s only gotten worse. I don’t feel as if my situation is being resolved or helped in any matter and it’s tiring.
