I was in the Sunderland center, every member of staff is so caring, supportive and understanding of each individuals needs and requirements, the operating team and anesthetics team are also so supportive. In the recovery suite, wow outstanding care, treated like you are so important and every single team member even seeing you at your worst is so understanding and sympathetic and supportive of you.
