(as a service user),

As I did not know this clinic existed, and slightly nervous about attending the clinic today, I was very pleasantly surprised how I was treated at the clinic, felt at ease from the moment I walked in, I was quickly called form the waiting room into a consultant room, where I was talked to in a lovely friendly way by Kayley & Amanda putting my nerves at ease very quickly, very professional nurses attended to my examination and my tests. Very happy as a patient how I was treated today.
