(as the patient),

I arrived at the Emergency Department in a lot of pain.   A& E itself was grand and it was my quickest ever experience - only taking 2 hours! All the staff were absolutely lovely considering how busy it was.   Up on the female surgical ward it is just as nice - all the staff members are lovely - especially the nurses who are very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!
