(as a service user),

My whole care experience has been very positive. From start to finish, despite long waiting times in A&E, I have been kept continually well informed. Once leaving A&E and coming to the ward, everything (such as my test results and various scans) has been very quick.

The staff are very nice. They are very polite and patient with me which I really appreciate. The hospital is very clean and the food is fine too.
