I was a patient on ward B3 of the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham for the treatment of a pulmonary embolism. The standard of care I received was good - the staff were friendly and approachable at all times.
The wash basin in the gents toilet was very small, and you could only get hot water from the tap if you turned it on fast. As a result, you got very wet trying to get hot water. Something could be done about this.
"Good care on B3 at QMC"
