"Gynaecology"

Saw Michelle for a hysteroscope which I was not looking forward to but she made it all much better with her friendly and professional manner. Her team of 4 nurses were also very good at making you feel relaxed in what could have been a highly stressful situation. It was not only painless, for me, but I left feeling confident about what the potential next steps would be.

Michelle phoned me the end of the same week with the results. Whilst not ideal it was better than I had been worrying about. I have since seen her for a further procedure which was also made as relaxing for me as possible. I am at least hopeful that my problem will be resolved and I feel confident in Michele and her team so that when I return in 6 months time I will know what to expect.

I would just like to say that I am indebted to all of the NHS for providing this wonderful service. I feel like I have been seen very quickly especially during the turbulent period of the Covid 19 pandemic. Thank you to all of those working in the Heathfield Suite.
