I've been here for both of my Covid Vaccines and genuinely cannot fault a thing. In fact, I can't praise them enough.

I've had a needle phobia since the age of 14 so things like this don't usually go well. I usually panic and faint and cry before anyone's even touched me lol

I informed all members of staff along the way and they were brilliant, if anything I was surprised as they said I'd done well actually going, turning up and having it done!

They took me into a little quiet room, everything very calm and relaxed. It was over in minutes. No crying, no fainting, nothing.

Absolutely superb. The compassion shown by all members of staff is brilliant.

I can't say thank you enough. Hopefully these 2 good experiences with being to out weigh my terrible experience as a teenager.
