(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Everything so far has been good. The staff are very patient and very professional, they communicate well and keep me well informed. The staff in 2 North spoiled me, everything was spot on and very clean. I'd like to see improvements on A& E waiting times and a more comfortable waiting area. However from then on everything has been fine.
