(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The staff are excellent, everyone from the doctors and nurses to the ladies who clean. They keep me well informed, speak to me in a way that I can understand and make me feel comfortable asking questions. Moreover, they are very patient. The room I am in is very clean and the fact I have an ensuite is a godsend. I had a very long wait in A& E which was made more uncomfortable by the hard chairs, however I was offered drinks of water. The food is okay and there is reasonable  choice on the menu. Improvements I'd like to see would be more comfortable seating in casualty and triage and a reduction in waiting times.
