"An outstanding service"

I joined this practice, as a patient, in 2015 after transferring from Wendover Partnership. Throughout my dealings with them, I've never encountered any difficulties or issues that have had a dramatic disadvantage to my health.  Moreover, the practice has been rather over-helpful.  Granted, I have had a run-in with one or two of the staff on reception in the past, but following a conversation with their Patient Services Manager, things dramatically improved.  I've never been given any real reason to submit a formal complaint, however, on the odd occasion, when I was having significant difficulties, the Patient Services Manager and Operation Manager were always willing to listen and resolve any and all issues to my satisfaction.  More recently, I've seen crtiticisms of the practice, however, this has never stopped me from receiving an outstanding service.
